ML310 Randomly reboots after 2003 Server upgrade

What is making our customer's server's reboot on it's own when not logged in? This never happened with previous OS W2k Server but is occurring on W2003 Server Standard Edition. BIOS update needed maybe??? I performed an upgrade to preserve previous settings and applications which works fine. Event viewer does not show much worthy of troubleshooting besides a DCOM error. Any help is appreciated...

Here's the link you'll need to upgrade the BIOS (Windows and bootable floppy options), firmware(s), software, and drivers.

I suggest that, minimally, you upgrade the BIOS and install v7.0 of the Proliant Support Pack (PSP).

does it also happen when user is loged and computer is sitting idle? if yes then check ur ACPI or power options

Thanks for the assistance...do you forsee any issues with installing v7.0 of the Proliant Support Pack when I have never installed one previously and did not utilize the smart start CD to install the OS? The rebooting occurs about 6-10 times daily.
