ML370 G3 - Mouse & Keyboard Freezing at boot (WS2003)

Hy,
I have a ML370 G3 that the mouse and keyboard freezes after boot with windows server 2003.
At Smart Start and Fw update the mouse and keyboard function..
Anyone have any suggestions?
