ML570 G1 - ASR Detected - Insight Diagnostic
Hi,
I have ML570 G1 Server Windows 2003, 4 GB RAM (1GBx4), 4 Processors.
Server getting restarted on its own after some time. IML Logs (attached) showing ASR Detected By System ROM.
After every restart 3 processors fails, but after running BIOS from SmartStart CD, processor becomes available. there is no error during POST.
Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.
Also, i am trying to run Insight Diagnostic on the server, but it says product is not supported. Please tell me the version and link so i can download and run the Insight Diagnostic. (there is no fail or degraded item on Hp management homepage).

IMHO you need to open hardware call and change CPU and probably motherboard
Before opening call make sure you have last firmware
