i support the system using 2003 server and t5300 thin clients, and i cant resolve the problem microsoft cannot help me either and why this terminals hangs ? I cant understand it works 2 or 3 days normaly and randomly get printing problems. I use RDP connections cause they don't have LPR ports or seriall ports. what is the solution or my client get fire me and then I will burn the all the thin clients on the hell !!!

You have not specified thin client OS. I guess you have some fragmetation memory trouble; I think server works 24x7.
Printer drivers on thin client are up to date?

they have only 4 usb ports and their os is built-in hp-os Win CE. The printer drivers are up to and the server
is HP Compaq ML 350 G3 2.8 Ghz 512 Mb RAM the server os is Win 2003 Standart server.
the printers still hang...

Hello,

How are the printers configured? are they connected to a jet direct print server? The address of the printer must have a defined print queue. Usually created by a 3Rd party software product. (Ex. HP JetAdmin for HP print server devices). For ease of naming the print queue, you could use the DNS name..
