Check the SNMP services are running in services.msc you can access services by going 3 ways

1) Start-Run-Services.msc

2) Start-Programs-All Programs-Administrator Tools-Services

3) Start-Control Pannel-Administrator Tools-Services

the snmp service is running...

Anyone got any update on this? I just upgraded the support pack to version 8.50 and this is happening on several of or servers. HP Nic agent service just stops.

Upgraded to 8.60 and all seems to be fine. i think 8.50 had some issue never mind.

You can even try restarting service: HP insight Nic Agent

this the one responsible for that error.
