Notification from Insight manager 7
A customer would like to filter all e-mail event which are coming from polling task or any issue regarding any upgrade during the night or day and only keep only the Hardware fault. This filter should work only for event severity type critical or majors.
Customer's Action
1.)Has set up the event severity type critical or majors ( via the setting tab and remove minor and informational),
2.)Has set up the filter to be available to all the server( IP address set up with Asterix),
But he still receives event from Like "polling task has been changed, or a application has generated an exeption..etc..).
We don't want this type information.
Any Help or advice on this ???
