Many mail servers require reverse lookup records (PTR) defined for sender server.
Maybe also your IP has been blacklisted as an open relay or spam sender.
Check also that your DNS server can do resolution for MX record of hotmail, worldnet, yahoo,....

You cannot setup your reverse DNS record yourself. You need to ask this to your ISP.
The second option -- use SMTP forwarding to send mail through your ISP.

try to checl with the reverse DNS Good option.
Where as are you able to send mail to any out side email address. IF not then check with internet mail is activated in exh 2003(If you are using the same).
