I'm running Win 2003 Server and desktops are Win XP (not sp2). Our profiles are roaming and mostly they work just fine. But sometimes when user deletes files on desktop or moves them to my documents and logs out and next day logs back all the files deletet or moved are back on desktop but allso remain in my documents.
I'm solvin this currently by making new profile to the user by deletin they server copy of profile and asking them to clean current desktop and then they log out and new profile is copied to server.
I think that this is somekind of data corrupt issue, but i have no permanent cure of this.
Thanks.

Solution
There are quite a few articles in the MS KB that talk about problems like this. Here's one:

Re: Profile wont update properly
This seems to be aswer of my questin.. I'll distribute this trought ad and wait if somebody still complain about not updating profile.. We are using f-secure 5.52 and i have noticed that it doesn't shut down properly all the time when users logs off. So this could be the reason.
Thanks for your time.
