Proliant 1600 Server 2003 blue screen

Im getting a blue screen stop error as windows is booting.Does anyone know what is causing this?:

The fact that there are no WIN2003-specific downloads for the Proliant 1600 is cause for concern. Nonetheless, I would install all the latest items from here (Windows 2000 downloads for Proliant 1600):
