Proliant 3000 dual processor 500Mhz, Windows 2003 Server

Hi,

need some assistance. I am running a Proliant 3000 with dual 500 processors and 1 GB of RAM and Windows 2003 Enterprise Server. I have run all sorts of tests and tried all sorts of solutions, however, the operating system only recognizes 1 processor while the diagnostic test sees both. Is there a driver solution from hp that I am missing for 2003 server? Please help.
