Proliant 6500 with dual 450 xeon processors not working

Hi,

need some assistance. I am running a Proliant 6500 with dual 450 xeon processors and Windows 2003 Enterprise Server.
I have run all sorts of tests and tried all sorts of solutions, however, the operating system only recognizes 1 processor while the diagnostic test sees both. Is there a driver solution from hp that I am missing for 2003 server? Please help.

If you have installed the second procssor after windows intallation, you have a wrong hal.dll file in use.
