"the network connection aborted by local system"

Hi, I am getting "the network connection aborted by local system" error message while trying to join windows 2003 domain ( mine is also windows 2003 server )....

checked physical connection on both sides , seems ok , no loss of packets in ping , telent works fine from my server to domain controller , but i couldn't simply join the domain.

i tried to find out and somebody was talking about some policy errors but i couldn't get idea ..

any suggesitons are welcome...

Anything in the event viewer?
Is your computer name unique?

Yes i was getting event id 1030 and 1056 on event viewer.

there was a problem with dns setting on domain controller and after resolving that now i am able to join domain..
