RAID 5 conversion

We have an HP Proliant ML150 G2 running Windows Server 2003. It has 3 - 250 GB SATA drives, using RAID 0. We would like to add another 250 GB drive, and convert it to RAID 5. Is this possible without having to wipe it and set everything up from scratch?
