RDP to windows 2003 enterprise R2, SP2 stops in "Applying personal settings"
Hi,
Operating system : windows 2003 r2 sp2
application installed : Lotus Domino
Observation: RDP console 0 running lotus domino shows busy mouse button, missing task bar, not able to launch task manger using short cut, not able to open any of the desktop shortcuts, but the Lotus domino keeps running for hours and eventually domono stopped responding. After hard reboot everything worked fine. No events and software envirment errors. This happed 3 times in last 30 days. Request all to help in fixing this issue.
- During this time if I try RDP, it stops in "applying personal settings"
- I am able to connect to this device through computer management from another device and able to browse the shares
- http://support.microsoft.com/kb/832971 the issue is same as discussed in this article. But my device is with SP2 and the file versions are higher
