Scheduled Auto Shutdown

I am currently running SBS 2003 on a ML150 G2 server. I am trying to find out whether I can setup on the system a scheduled shutdown after certain job has been completed or shutdown at a specific time. I don't seems to find any info on microsoft website.

Can anyone advise. Thks.
