Scripted installation and configuration of printers

We use the prnadmin.dll for automating the installation of multiple printers on a Windows Server 2003 printserver.
However we didn't succeed in automating the configuration of the printer (HP9000 series).
Especially setting the paper size to A4 instead of the default 'letter'.

Can someone help us out here?
