Server is not coming up after upgrade firmware

Dear Guruz,

I have two Proliant DL380 Servers running windows servers 2003 and connected with MSA1500 using SAN switch.

There is Oracle running on these servers in cluster mode.now the issue is for the firmware Update i move my data on secondary node and start to upgrade firmware on primary node.After finishing the upgrade of primary node server reboot and not come up.On the other node i am not able to access the disk as well.

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue ?

Hi,

After recycle the power the servers is come up successfully some time quicky reboot and some time take time. After login the sever its showing me Error message in ACU that Logical Volume is corrupted and all data is loss and Same status is on second node.
Can anybody share me is it because of firmware update ? Update the firmware of MSA and san switch will resolve my problem ?

What version of Windows 2003 are you running?

The MSA was disable the V disks.After enable the disk the server data is back.
