SM Bus Controller Error

I have a Proliant ML110 G2 server running Windows Server 2003 Small Business Edition. In Device manager I have 2 problem devices I have been unable to resolve. SM Bus Controller and System Interupt Controller. Where can I find the system software for these devices? I have looked on the support CD that came with the server and on the OS installation CD's. No luck. Any information would be appreciated.
