i have a proliant ml370 server with smartarry 641. i would like to know how to install and what are the parts that comes with smartarry641

Since you didn't specify which variant of ML370 you have, go here and select your particular model:

then select WIN2K3. The revealed page will include lots of items. I suggest you upgrade to the latest of everything but, of course, especially the "Driver-Storage Controller". It may also be included in the "Software-Support Pack".

The driver on that page looks older than the one on the first link I posted, so I wouldn't use it.
