SPF in Windows DNS?!?!

Guys,

How can I setup spf (SENDER POLICY FRAMEWORK) and sender-ID because I can't send to aol.com or aim.com and some other domains with this kind of authentication... I've tried to set it up by using http://www.openspf.org/ there's this setup from http://www.michaelbrumm.com/spfwindowsdns/ v=spf1 mx -all But still I can't send email. I've tried testing the setting of spf with this http://www.seoconsultants.com/tools/spf/ -but it returned a NEUTRAL response. I've also tried to check by sending email to check-auth@verifier.port25.com > it will auto reply with its test result from
SPF check: neutral
DomainKeys check: neutral
DKIM check: neutral
Sender-ID check: neutral

this is the result from my email. So please guys can somebody show me the path to greatness...

Thank you very much...

JM
