SQL 2005 upgrade to SP3

I have a SQL 2005 Enterprise Server (32bit) running 2 instances of SQL on a DL360 G6 - Windows 2003 Enterprise. I have upgraded instance 1 to SP3 but instance #2 still shows it is at SP2 even after running the SP3 update.

Every time I run the SP3 update to instance #2 it shows it is a canidate for the upgrade but it doesn't seem to push it to SP3. Anyone else having this problem? if so, how can i fix it ?
