system homepage - unknown system
I have a client with a DL360G4p running Windows 2003 SP2 as a citrix server. They have the system drive remapped to M:\ drive rather than the standard c:\.
Everytime I pull up the Systems Mgmt Homepage it comes up with no information, and system unknown in the top right corner.
I have seen this in the past and generally can resolve it either by a simple reboot, a reinstall of the Insight Agents, or a reinstall of the entire PSP. Non of this is working this time. I have pulled everything off and also done a clean install of hte entire PSP to no avail. It is running PSP 7.91 (latest release).
Any ideas on how to get this system back properly??

Re: system homepage - unknown system
Its probably related to SNMP settings:
1. Set the SNMP Service properties, Traps page, give it the chosen community name(default is public/private) and destination to localhost
2. Set the SNMP Service properties, Security page, and Add the chosen community name with Read Only access.
3. Also on the SNMP service Security page, set the trap destination for localhost.

Well the answer half correctof dms.#2 if you set to only read, when you will get in HP homepage management ,the intergrate log will never be able to clear log because it only read.
This is little more precise:
1 All you re server SNMP setting are set for TRAPS>Communite name(correc name),TRAPS>Communite name>traps destination> 1-server Insight & 2-127.0.0.1
#2 All you re server snmp setting are set for SECURITE> Accepted community name>Communite name(correc name),All you re server snmp setting are set for SECURITE> Accepted community name>Communite name> Accepted packet from these host>1-server Insight & 2-127.0.0.1.
