Re: teaming problem

A little bit late but anyways... what team mode are you using? what interconnects? you run an ipconfig after boot, are you seeing 0.0.0.0 as the IP?

Re: teaming problem

Hi,

Did you receive ans answer to your question ?
Same problem for me, Network card always saying "acquiring network address"
IP network in 0.0.0.0, but I'm using Fixes IP addresses

configuration: 4 NICs Teaming (2x10 Gb/s, 2*1Gb/s mezzanine cards)
BL 460c G6 with Cisco 3120 switches

Thanks in advance for your help

Re: teaming problem

Hello. Same problem - c7000 + BL460c + 2x 3120G. On server with Win2003 x64 Team Mode is Dynamic with FT 802.3ad. But on server with Win2003 32-bit version - we have to disable etherchannel on Cisco 3120g and use TLB.

Re: teaming problem

Same for us.
Finally the solution is to change the switch configuration, a bit dissapointing, as this switch configuration was OK with G5 blades

Re: teaming problem

Network drivers are frequently re-released. Try installing the latest drivers.

Re: teaming problem

Hello. Still have problem. We reinstall 3 servers from SmartStart 8.30 and then we update NCU to 9.90.1.0 and try to update "HP NC-Series Broadcom 10GbE Multifunction Driver for Windows Server 2003" to 5.2.20.0. But network driver update is failed and HP Virtual Bus Driver wasmetioned in error message. It is only on 2 of 3 servers reinstalled.
After reboot - "acquiring network address" and server is not accesible in network
