Unable to start netmeeting

I am unable to start netmeeting ,it is going to stop state automatically gives the following notification
"The Netmeeting Remote Desktop Sharing service on local computer started and then stopped .Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do ,for example ,the performance logs and alert services "

Please guide me to solve this .This server is a part of domain.
