Unable to start SNMP Trap Service - Windows 2003 R2 SP2

Hi,

 

When trying to start the SNMP Trap Service, getting error that " Unable to start SNMP Trap Service. Error2: System couldnot find the file specified".

 

I foudn that file exists in Windows\System23 Folder wtih proper permissions. But no use..

 

Any ideas to fix the issue.
