Hi I am planning to upgrade out NT file server to Windows 2003 server. I want to know is there any way I can copy the groups/users from NT to new server. Please advise. Thanks

Have you had a look at the Active Directory Migration Tool - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=6f86937b-533a-466d-a8e8-aff85ad3d212&DisplayLang=en

You could also:
Install the new server as NT4 BDC.
Wait for replication to finish.
Remove from the network and promote to PDC.
Ensure that everything works correctly and upgrade to 2003.
