UPS R5500 XR not connected with HP Power Manager

Hello,

i have 4 UPS-Devices with Management Modules.
With the Terminal-Session i set the Network-Parameters an now the modules are in the net reachable. (Ping, Telnet ...)

I installed now the Power Manager and choose that i have Network to the Devices.
But the Power Manager told me, he can't reach an UPS-Device.
What's wrong?
