what means disable spanning tree
hi
i wanna know what is meaning of state=disable on RSTP.
one of my devices ended to work after removing my POE switch from edge switch.
the status of port is up byt spanning tree status is Disabled.
could any body help me??

If the port status is disabled, it means the port is discarting all frames, is not part of any active topology.

This is used to avoid network loops. Usually a good thing - but in some scenarios you may have software or hardware solutions or even specific configuration/topology that require it to be disabled.
