win2k3 fresh unattended installation

hello,

we are trying to install w2k3 on dl380 g3 server. we have all updated driver for the OS.
I tryied everything whatever itsays on help... like disable virtual disk. I am using smartdrive with /l switch.. but after copying the files in 1st phase, the installation stuck.
Is there any idea about this installation...

Thanks for your help...
It works verywell....
What i did is, I upgrade the BIOS and load smartdrive in my (installation phase) Autoexec.bat file.
