Windows 2000 Exchange Proliant ML 350 G3 upgraded to Server 2003
Blue screens every two hours with the error message.

BUT this hotfix is included in SP1.
You do not specify if you have installed SP1. Note that Windows 2003 without SP1 is no longer supported by Microsoft per january 2007.
Also check your HP drivers. Latest Proliant Support Pack 7.60 will update HP drivers and firmware.
