Windows 2003 server display
We have HP LC3 Server. We are unable to install the video driver. Windows 2003 server os has installed init.

the HP Netserver LC3 is a seriously old server from 1998

I think Windows 2000 was the last supported OS on this server. The BIOS does not support Windows 2003 I believe...
Also the video capabilities of those servers were low-end even by those days standard - the idea being that a server did not need more than basic graphics taking into account it's intended usage of being a file & print server.
