Windows 2003 server replication on NAS with windows 2003 storage server
Can i make replication from server with windows 2003 to the NAS server with windows 2003 storage server? All servers are in Active Directory.

Depends on what kind of replication you mean.
U can transfers server roles from one server to the other and also backup configurations, it depends on what you are trying to do.

If you want to transfer system files, them it probably won't work properly, but if you want to transfer non system files, them you can.

Just keep in mind that if users are supposed to access those files, it will need some additional configuration, probably on their side, to redirect them to the new file location.

That's another matter, you need to allow traffic from one network to the other, you can always allow traffic temporarily between the servers, and after the transfer block it again.
As far as how to configure the checkpoint firewall, you have to ask someone else, but you can always do a search on google, there is plenty of documentation.
if you have vlans, you need to enable routing between them.
