Unable to invite existing user "Email cannot be in MDCP exclusion list."

Hi, I'm trying to invite our company HPE account to a customer Greenlake Workspace and I'm getting the error "Email cannot be in MDCP exclusion list."

I don't what is the MDCP list. 

I'm logged with a Workspace administrator account.

We will investigate this and provide further information. We also may reach out to you with a message as well for more information about this account.

I assume you have been able to invite other emails (indivudual email) to this workspace. You just havent been able to invite the company email account. Is that correct understadning?

Exactly, we've been able to invite an individual user who didn't have an existing Greenlake account before.
