Dsik I/O error on XP24K LUNs

Recenty we had Disk I/O errors on AIX server assigned  XP-24K LUNs which led to Oracle DB go down.

There are total of 25 LUNs from XP24K assigned to this cluster server. But the issue of Disk I/O was generated on only 3 LUNs.

 

IBM who analyzed the support logs for the server directed to check the storage as only 3 out of 25 LUNs assigned had the issue.

 

Anyone suggestions as to what could be the issue here.
