We have a 2 Fabric SAN with an XP512 already connected, and are looking at adding an EVA-3000 Array.
I have been told that Lun 0 (Zero) is treated differently by these 2 arrays, so we cannot mix them in the same zone(s).
Is there any good doco on how Lun Zeros are managed? Also, on zoning recommendations?
Thanks. Ian Dennison

HI,
you can find a full of info in the " HP SAN design Guide" (on http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/storageworks/san/documentation.html)especially on the rules to apply if you want to mix XP and EVA on a same fabric.
regards
