LUNs invisible to Wintel Server

LUNs invisible to Wintel Server

We recently assigned 5TB of ThP LUNs to a wintel server from XP24. However, those luns are not visible to the server after several tries(server Rebooted too).
This server is getting LUNs from IBM SVC as well, those are visible with out any issues.
What are we missing here.

Has it ever seen any luns from the XP? Maybe it is not zoned in?

Supported Host Bus Adapter? Supported HBA driver?
