xp p9500 problem

hello

il have 2 xp p9500 in my datacenter and i have problem with both.

i explain my problem 

i have 2 xp p9500

2 hp san switch 8/80 (brocade)

3 hp blade system (C7000)

16 blade G8

2 vc/fc 8/24 (virtual connect) per c7000

1 emulex HBA per blade server

1 hp dl380 g8

ok

my problem is , in 2 storage i see my hosts wwn , i make the host group and assign ldevs and host wwns

but after finished that my hosts (blade servers with Microsoft windows 2008 and ESX 6 HP Customised) dont see any LUN and Volume 

when i disconnect the fiber channel cable or disable HBA and enable it or Disable san switch port and enable it , Volume and luns in visible to host

my Proliant server is fine , problem only on my blade systems

my hba Firmware , blade server firmwares and san switch firmware updated to latest version 

please help me about this problem
