XP256 Support on Win2000

We are evaluating the XP256 for consolidated Exchange Servers and storage. We
have run successful benchmarks using NT 4.0. We now want to do some
preliminary work with Win2000. I have upgraded one of the Exchange 5.5 servers
to run on Win2K. I successfully installed the Fibre HBA driver. Now, each 7GB
partition allocated to the server is showing up as its own logical letter and
the Device Manager shows a big yellow ? for 2 "HP OPEN-8-CVS CM SCSI ARRAY
DEVICE" devices. When I restart the machine, I am prompted to supply drivers
for these devices. I have been unable in finding information on what these
devices are, how they interact with Win2000, and if there are Win2000 drivers
for them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Firstly, for information/documentation on the XP256 Array sub-system, please
visit the link attached below.
Secondly, htere are no current support drivers that I know of for WIN2k and the
XP256, and I do not believe there are any currently planned.

Do not bother with the link to the XP documentation. It is inadequate and
often times inaccurate.
Just call a sales rep. and ask them to get you in touch with some one from the
XP lab in Roseville. It's hit and miss with the Respose Center as to whether
you'll find some one who can help you. Sales will generally get you to a good
contact.
