Cannot use tools on partner portal

I just became an aruba network partner, and I am trying to use the partner portal tool to create a quote to get pricing, but I am redirected to a salesforce page with this error:

"We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help."

I tried to go to the "Get portal support" page, but I have the same error.

 

Some details:

I get redirected to this page:

https://partner.hpe.com/group/prp/esm/-/link/189005

Then this error:

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have checked the Partner portal is working fine. Could you please confirm if it is working for you?

No, the portal is still not working.
