Custom SPP build request error

Custom SPP build requests submitted to https://spp.hpe.com/custom/ over last 2 days have been getting error response. The process I used is same as in build requests submitted to https://www.hpe.com/servers/spp/custom/ in November 2022 which were completed without errors. https://www.hpe.com/servers/spp/custom/ now redirects to https://spp.hpe.com/custom/ where build requests are getting error response.

Getting invalid HTML error here in attempt to upload screenshot of custom SPP website error response.

Error response shows "Auto-retry attempts: 3/3" which might be indicating an access problem to custom SPP build server.
