Who can I talk to about issues with HPESC?  I tried to give a Customer instructions on how to add his Contracts to his account and his page doesn't give him the opportunity to select Multi vs Single ownership.   When I log into my accountto walk him through it, I still see that option.

 

I can't find any HPESC help or site support links and I can't find any groups in Slack. As the ASM, the Customer wants me  to also have access.  In the past we always did it this way.........why the change and how come he see's something different then me, when adding the Contracts?
