Garbled text on HP Support Site

Did anyone else get this? I'm on a page that says "Instant Support" at the top, but it must be something that got mixed up on their server, because the page I'm on is nothing but instant. If you want to check if your monitor can display a series of flashing yellow boxes, then HP Instant Support can help -- otherwise it seems run as poorly as some of their products.
