HP Care Pack Registration Lookup tool not Working

The HP CarePack Registration Lookup Tool is STILL not working. Running IE7 and get the same error messages that have been reported since ?????

My experience on this is that http://www.hp.com/go/lookuptool is just a broken link. The response is:
The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

Open the www.hp.com home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Click Search to look for information on the Internet.
You can also see a list of related sites.

HTTP 500 - Internal server error

In my case, the go link redirects it to:
http://h30125.www3.hp.com/csn/salesmktg/elfpack/elf_nonlkup_ctrylang.asp?code=ELNL::-USA

Which then fails in firefox.

I had sent a request to HP asking about the status of my Carepack and what it covered. I asked a specific question and got back a generic answer that didnt address what I had asked... HOWEVER.. In the reply I did get a link to the Care Pack activation site that does appear to be working.

http://www.hp.com/go/hpcarepack/activate

Its actually the CP registration site but it also has the link to lookup existing CP's and get info on what they are.

However I had to close all open IE windows and then open the page once it had load I press ctrl and the refresh button in IE and the HP Care Pack Services Lookup & Ordering Tool worked.
