HP Support

I have tried several times to get help from HP instant support. I log in, and get dropped in to the que but after 2- miutes I still do not get a reply. Anyone else having trouble with tech support?

It took me 5 minutes to get someone to start a chat with me on 2 occasions.

I tried "HP Instant Support Professional Editon" "Online Diagnostic tool". (v.5.32.00 ?)


It starts and says it may take 90 seconds. It has been running now for 30 minutes.

I had a similar experience. After some 30-45 minutes, I wrote another message and finally got a reply. I was told the first contact has not really shown up in their system ?!?
Once the contact was established, communication went very smoothly with almost instant replies.
