Thank you for reaching out to us. 

We would recommend you try clearing the browser cache/cookies and see if that helps. Also, try loading in incognito mode. 

If you still face the same issue, please use the Get Support option available on the Partner Ready Portal and submit the support case so that the concerned team can reach out to you.
