Infosys Finacle Banking software maintained by HP in Indian Overseas Bank

Indian Overseas Bank  270 (Chennai 102) is again having problem in maturity  closing two of my RDPs -

bearing Nos.501202392 and 501502814 - which were given to IOB 270 on Thursday,

15/12/2016. (At the same time, another, a third,  RDP of mine was closed without difficulty!)

The IOB branch has repeatedly complained to their Regional Office who have taken it up with

(the out-sourced) HP desk where it is still held up!

Can HP help me, please!
