New in HPE Support Center - September Release

In our latest release we continue driving transformation value for our customers' digital services and support experience.

The September 23 release includes:

  • An updated Incident Dashboard, with more case activity details in a new easy-to-access tab, enabling a comprehensive view of case activities and trends. 
  • Easier access to product case creation, improving resolution time with one click from the HPE Support Center homepage or the pinned Create and Manage Cases workspace card.
  • Visibility to remote support cases automatically generated by Cray XD2000 products, providing enhanced case management views and capabilities.
  • New severity filters and columns in the security bulletin library, helping users more effectively filter and find top-rated, priority security alerts.
  • Improved time zone display logic. Notifications before sign-in are now based on browser locale, ensuring constancy through the support experience with user profile location preferences after sign-in.
