Now available: Enhanced collaboration and personalization in HPE Support Center

As part of your HPE services experience, when you sign in to HPE Support Center, you will begin to experience the following benefits:

Customer Collaboration (shared groups)

  • Shared groups enable you to share cases, tasks, and alerts easily across your teams, with HPE account teams, and HPE authorized partners by simply adding your products and contracts. 
  • Click here to watch a video about creating groups. Access begins September – October.

Connected

  • Greater case management with case visibility now including your auto-generated cases (i.e. machine-to-machine) when your profile contact information between HPE Support Center and your Remote Support Application match.

Virtual Agent

  • Enhanced troubleshooting experience including recognition of non-supported products.
  • Expanded language support for meet and greet and case status.
  • Access begins end of September.

Workspace

  • Get Started card has been added to the workspace. You can find guidance on setting up your profile, adding contracts and warranties, and activating insights. 

Contracts and Warranties management

  • We’ve streamlined our linking experience, making it easier for you to add products and contracts to your profiles.
