Oops, Something Went Wrong! - Cannot Download Firmware
Hi,
The past couple days I've been mostly unable to view firmware info or download packages from the HPE Support website.
I keep getting:
Oops, Something Went Wrong!Error Code - Err500203
We have encountered a system error. Please try again later.
Before you ask, yes I've cleared browser cache, restarted browers, etc. This happens on different browsers, different workstations, and different geo's!
Some times, if I keep refreshing, the page will load a little bit more and I've noticed that the "Applicable Products" tab has the number 5,000 or something crazy high next to it. Perhaps there's something timing out? Anyway...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here in January 2024, this is still happening. Trying to download SSA for Dl380 Gen9 - browser reports API error.
Same issue for the dl380 Gen10
