PORTAL OCA

I have an issue accessing my OCA platform. I regularly log into my Partner Ready Portal.
This message appears.

The user was not found in the OCA database. Please login through the HPE Partner Ready portal before attempting again.

We would suggest you go through the following link here, we hope it helps. 

Alternatively, you can submit your concern through the Get Support option in the Partner Ready Portal, which will allow the respective team to review it and assist you further.
